Back when we were kids, the entire barrage of Christmas advertising didn’t get underway until the first day after Thanksgiving.

These days, however, the entire Christmas cavalcade seems to start earlier and earlier.

It’s almost as if you expect to see little plastic Santa Claus decorations these days before Halloween is even over with! And that’s a tragedy in our book, since Halloween is our favorite holiday.
