Microwave Your Clock

It’s not easy being an alarm clock: people hate you sometimes.

At least, that’s what we’re lead to believe after discovering several videos of people microwaving their alarm clocks.

That’s right: many of us have thrown our alarm clocks to the floor or across the room before, after having been awakened from an uneasy sleep, but several people have taken their rage against alarm clocks even further. They’ve tried to fry them in a microwave oven. We were so astonished to find not one but several videos documenting such alarm clock rage that we just had to share them with you.

When you watch this first video, be sure and watch all of it, because the best part is hearing the guy who made it snicker and laugh a little bit at the end. He sounds like an overgrown toddler who’s just discovered how much fun he can have breaking things:

In our second Oscar nominee, a larger alarm clock is inserted into a microwave and then baked. This fellow apparently didn’t have the idea of getting the alarm clock to ring beforehand, and therefore: 2 points off for a lack of multimedia content:

Now that’s what we call good, clean anarchistic fun.

And those old-school, offline alarm clocks: you don’t really need them anymore anyway. So please, go ahead and microwave them.
