  1. Go to bed earlier.

  4. Place your alarm clock farther away from your bed. If it rings, you’ll then have to get up out of bed to turn it off.

  6. Try changing the temperature in your bedroom. For some people, cold temperatures makes them want to hibernate. For others, warm temperatures makes them lazy. Try to find the idea bedroom temperature so that you’ll wake up easier and feeling more refreshed.
  7. Try leaving your window blinds partially open so that sunlight will come in through the windows of your bedroom once the day begins. Almost everyone finds it easier to wake up when there’s a bit of natural sunlight in the room.
