You can also follow this strategy by setting an alarm on our Online Alarm Clock on your laptop or netbook and then moving it to the far end of your bedroom. We&#039;ve been using this method for years.

There is nothing worse than hearing our alarm. And if you have to get up, out of bed, to turn off that ugly noise, it WILL get you out of bed in the morning! ;)</description>

		<description>For someone who&#039;s had problems getting up when the alarm bell rings for a long time, I can say that the best solution for me has been to just move my alarm clock as far away from bed as possible, so I&#039;m forced to get up to turn off the alarm.
